Dear Parent/Guardian,

On behalf of our entire team, we are thrilled to welcome you and your camper to Summer Camp 2026 at GraceWay! We are so excited to have your family join us for what promises to be an unforgettable summer. Our team has been working hard to plan an incredible lineup of experiences for your camper—from bounce houses and exciting water days to engaging weekly themes and special guest appearances. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to create a fun, safe, and memorable environment where your child can thrive.

Each day at camp is filled with opportunities for your camper to make new friends, try new activities, and build lasting memories. Whether they’re participating in outdoor games, creative arts and crafts, team-building exercises, or simply sharing laughter with their group, your child will be part of a community that encourages connection, confidence, and joy. Our dedicated staff is committed to creating a positive atmosphere where every camper feels welcomed, valued, and supported.

Please take a moment to review the Camp Parent Information packet, which outlines important policies, procedures, and helpful details to ensure a smooth and successful camp experience. Many commonly asked questions are addressed there, and it will serve as a valuable resource throughout the summer. If you ever have additional questions or concerns, our team is always here and happy to help.

At GraceWay Summer Camp, we are deeply committed to each child’s personal growth in spirit, mind, and body. One of the ways we accomplish this is by intentionally weaving the core values of kindness, integrity, respect, and responsibility into our daily activities, interactions, and programming. We believe that camp is not just about fun—it’s also about shaping character, building confidence, and encouraging positive life skills that extend far beyond the summer.

Our goal is to give your camper an experience that can last a lifetime. Their time at camp is guided by seven key objectives:

• To grow personally
• To learn and live out the core values: Kindness, Integrity, Respect, and Responsibility
• To improve personal and family relationships
• To appreciate and celebrate diversity
• To become better leaders and supportive teammates
• To develop new skills and encourage a love of learning
• AND to have LOTS of FUN!

Thank you for trusting us with your camper this summer. We are honored to be part of their journey and can’t wait to see all that they will experience and accomplish.

Looking forward to an amazing summer!
