Hours of Operation

GraceWay Church Friday Funday operates Fridays only from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Parents and guardians are asked to ensure campers arrive and are picked up on time each week.

For the safety and well-being of all children, prompt pick-up is required at the end of the camp day. If an emergency or unforeseen delay occurs, please contact camp staff as soon as possible.

Parents should send campers with any personal items they may need throughout the day, including a refillable water bottle, medications that have been approved through the registration process, a change of clothes (if desired), and any other necessary items for their child's comfort and participation.

Our goal is to provide a fun, organized, and enjoyable experience for every camper, and your partnership helps us make each Friday a success!

Meals & Snacks

To help make Friday Funday convenient for families, GraceWay Church will provide a simple lunch and afternoon snacks for all registered campers.

Lunch will typically include a sandwich option such as peanut butter & jelly, ham and cheese, turkey and cheese, or a similar selection, along with chips, Goldfish crackers, and/or a simple side item. Afternoon snacks will vary throughout the summer and may include items such as crackers, popcorn, cookies, pretzels, or other kid-friendly options.

Because menu items may vary from week to week, parents are encouraged to note any food allergies or dietary restrictions during registration. While we will do our best to accommodate reasonable needs, families may be asked to provide an alternative meal or snack if necessary.

Campers are encouraged to bring a refillable water bottle each Friday to stay hydrated throughout the day.
